Job description
As HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact within Plus Projects for all HRM-related questions. You are responsible for the accurate execution of the current HR processes. In addition, you have an important role in the further professionalization of the HR organization. You will be involved in the further development of our recruitment and selection and onboarding policy. You will seek cooperation with an external marketing partner in the field of Employer Branding and facilitate the selection of candidates. You are good with figures and know how to draw up good recruitment strategies based on them.
Together with an external Sr. HR expert as a sounding board, you develop a vision on HR, structure and optimize and secure the setup of the HR organization where you deem it necessary. You are able to involve stakeholders in your infectious vision and you can work on a project basis.
Core tasks
• You are the first point of contact for HR-related questions. Think of: leave, training and all other HR-related regulations within Plus Projects.
• You provide support with the recruitment & selection, inflow, flow and outflow of personnel.
• You are responsible for absenteeism guidance and prevention and the contact person for external partners, such as occupational health and safety services and insurers.
• You take on HR-related projects such as training, development, vitality and job satisfaction.
• You know how to motivate and inspire our managers in their role with a positive approach and, if necessary, you support them in discussions about specific issues, without ‘taking over’.
• You keep your professional knowledge up to date so that you can inform the Director/Managers about the latest developments in the field of HR and legislation and regulations.
Your profile
You do not have much experience as an HR Advisor yet, but you do have basic knowledge of the HR profession because you have worked as an HR assistant or junior HR Advisor. In short, you are ready for the next step and want more responsibilities. Organizing and making connections – between people and various issues – is your USP and prioritizing is second nature to you. You can work independently as well as in a team, are a pleasant conversationalist, can switch quickly and are proactive towards management, managers and external parties.

Do you have a higher professional education working and thinking level, preferably with a completed higher professional education in HRM, personnel & labor, business administration or business economics?Do you have at least 2 years of work experience in addition to your internships?do you have a fresh perspective on HRM processes and strong organizational skills?you are comfortable working with digital payroll administration systems (NMBRS), project and time recording systems (Teamleader), and online L&D (Proodoss/Bureau Baarda) systems.do you have an affinity with the consultancy/business services sector?you know how to deal with stress and peak loadsDo you always think in possibilities and do you play a positive and proactive role within the organization with your enthusiasm and inspiration?Do you have a lot of energy, are you eager to learn and are you looking forward to working with us!
