Job Description: The Franchise Executive/Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the franchise operations within the specified region. Key responsibilities may include:
Franchise Development: Identify and evaluate potential franchisees, conduct market research, and contribute to the development of the franchise network.
Franchise Support: Provide ongoing support to existing franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards, offering guidance on business operations, and addressing any concerns or challenges.
Training: Develop and implement training programs for new franchisees, covering operational procedures, brand standards, and customer service.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office. Address queries, concerns, and facilitate communication.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of franchise outlets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall success.
Compliance: Ensure that all franchisees adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, growth, and challenges for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in franchise management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of local market trends and business regulations.
