Overview: As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, analytics, and trends to create effective campaigns that align with the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall
business goals.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices
to ensure a competitive edge.
– Collaborate with team & assist them to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising, and
search engine marketing (SEM).
– Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business
– Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for
improvement, and opportunities for growth.
– Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize return on
investment (ROI).
– Evaluate and recommend new digital channels and technologies to expand the digital
presence.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including PMO, sales, product development, and customer
service, to ensure a unified and consistent brand message.

Qualifications:

-MBA or Bachelor’s degree in IT.
-Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and
campaign execution.
-Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and
SEM.
-Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
