11. I haven’t received my payment upon finishing my work. What should I do?
The freelancers usually get their money within 14 days of completing the project. If you don’t receive their money by the end of 14 days, you can contact us at support@unusualhire.com

Yes, you need to have you have good skills and dedication. Our team will review your profile and if it clear the minimum eligibility criterion then you can apply for the various positions.
13. How does one ensure that their IP is protected?
Unusual Hire enters into talent agreements with every member of the talent network. Through these agreements, Unusual Hire obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by the Unusual Hire talent that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that the Unusual Hire talent creates for you under our client agreement. This clean, simple, pass-through arrangement has worked well for our clients for many years. However, if you would like the expert to enter into a direct agreement with you to effect the direct transfer of IP property, we can work with you to ensure that your needs are met.
14. What happens if I get paid less than what I am promised?

3. Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs?
We require an initial deposit of 30 percent of total project cost that will be applied as a credit to your first invoice once you make a hire. Rest 70 percent of total project cost to be paid before the final delivery of the project. In case you decide not to move forward, your deposit will be refunded completely.

We typically invoices our clients twice a month, though there is some flexibility here. Invoices are generated with Net 10 terms, so our clients have an opportunity to review the charges prior to processing.

7. What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality of work?
